Perhaps the Geo that has become the most sought-after over the years is the Tracker. This little SUV looked a lot like the Suzuki Sidekick because, well, it was. This unassuming little SUV was actually fantastic in the dirt. The Tracker had a true off-road setup: body-on-frame construction, decent ground clearance, and was available with four-wheel drive with low range. And to make things even more fun, it could be had as a convertible. It was a cheap alternative to the Jeep Wrangler. The Tracker also survived Geo’s death, becoming a Chevy in 1998 and getting a second-gen redesign based on the Suzuki Vitara.

Today people have recognized the Tracker’s excellent off-road abilities, as well as its 1990s “small truck” appeal. Prices of a decent condition Tracker nowadays are definitely creeping up. Out of the remaining Geos that are still on the road, it seems like Trackers are still in decent supply. I think that’s likely due to their capabilities and charm.
