The use of horoscopes, MBTI, enneagram and similar quick personality guides have been raging in popularity. Indeed, personality tests have long been used for recruitment, selection and developmental purposes. However, with the proliferation of easy-to-use online tools and increasing popularity of pseudo-science measures, there are more questions surrounding the validity of assessing personality. We hope to uncover the science behind personality assessment and how it can support leaders and organisations.

On this episode of Coffee 'N' Big Questions, we invite Ms Eunice Tan, Senior Assistant Director of the Operations and Leadership Psychology Branch (OLP) under the Home Team Behavioural Sciences Centre (HTBSC), to share with us her insights on personality assessment and its uses in the organisation.
