Replacing rear bushings in a Polaris Ace. Not too bad of a job!

Описание к видео Replacing rear bushings in a Polaris Ace. Not too bad of a job!

Some of the rear bushings in this 2019 Polaris Ace 570 (aka "Floyd") have some play. This makes the back end a little loose and unpredictable. It also makes some clunking noises and throws out the alignment. The inner bushings have zerk fittings and should be greased regularly, but the outer bushings do not. The outer bushings are a very common wear item on these machines due to no grease.

Well, that's what happened, so I'm going to replace the bad rear bushings. This is the same procedure for all ACE 325 and 570's, as well as the Sportsman.

I have replaced bushings in many different brands and model machines throughout the years, and I have to say that this was the cheapest bushing job that I have ever done. Even with OEM parts, this was very inexpensive. The job itself wasn't terrible either. A couple stuck parts, but no problem.

Thank you so much for watching. We really appreciate all of our viewers and all of our subscribers. I'll see you on the next video!
