All we do know is that these dogs deserve to live and we will continue this fight for them!

Myra and Griselda are kenneled together, though not found together. Myra is a sweet, timid, senior girl who should be living out her remainder years in a warm cozy bed and not last moments laying on a cold hard cement floor. Griselda was held by a citizen and was described as a very sweet and a loving dog. Both girls are labeled as dog friendly. Tiger was kenneled with Beluga who was placed in holding and shortly after was killed. He kenneled with a new dog who was then adopted. Tiger is so young and has his whole life ahead of him. He is friendly with all he meets from humans to dogs. Buster was found in Apple Valley and a microchip was located. He has been waiting for his family to come and get him, but no one has come for him. Perla was brought into AVAS from Phelan. She has been there since the beginning of the month, but no one has come for her. She is described as semi-nervous, but friendly and sweet. Ronaldo and Richie came in together along with two other dogs who have since been rescued or adopted. These two boys are labeled as nervous, but from their recent video they appear calm and curious. Link is currently the longest resident as he has been at the shelter prior to their closure. Due to his extended stay, he has developed some stress, though he remains to be a loving and resilient dog. Cooper and Theo are kenneled together, and both are labeled as dog friendly, playful and energetic. Theo has microchipped, but his family has not come looking for him. Winston was kenneled with his pal Beau, but he was adopted, and he now remains alone to await what happens next. Winston is labeled as friendly with humans and dogs.
