Sugar flowers for cake decorating is easy! With my fondant flower tutorial video How to Make Gum Paste Flowers - you can easily do it!
Gumpaste flowers is perfect for decorating wedding cakes. They are very tender and delicious!
We will sculpt these without wire and without tape. They are completely edible.

These flowers can even be molded from plastic chocolate. If you are interested in a master class and a chocolate molding recipe, please write in the comments. I will try to shoot such a video.

To make flowers from sugar gum paste, you will need:
Sugar paste (In this video I use a fondant for sugar flowers Fun Cakes (Holland). But you can sculpt flowers on a wire and from homemade milk mastic - a link to the recipe of which you will find in the attached comment under this video master class gum paste flower making.
