Supreme Court Rejects Apple Bid for an Epic App Store Review

In a double whammy, the US Supreme Court refused to consider Apple’s appeal in an antitrust suit challenging its lucrative App Store, while it is planning to remove its blood-oxygen feature from its latest smartwatches to get around a US ban of the devices if an appeal of the decision fails.
