Open the circuit panel where the CT meter will be installed and locate the input wires.

Connect the CT meter to the input wires according to the manufacturer's instructions. Make sure to connect the correct polarity.

Once the CT meter is securely connected, close the circuit panel and turn the power supply back on.

Verify that the CT meter is working correctly by checking its display and making sure it is measuring the current accurately.

CT Energy meter installs for the load more than 160A and for less than 160A load we use 160A direct meter. Direct meter available up 200A load but nowadays it not installed because due to heavy load terminal of the Energy burns every time. so for 160A or above load, we install a CT meter.
CT meter must be installed in the meter cabinet because due to rain and other weather conditions, the CT terminal continuity is affected.
For CT meter installation we need One CT meter, Three CTs, one fuse holder for three fuses, one MCCB, incoming and outgoing cabal, and a control cable.

remember that CT has two sides. on one side K and on the other side L is printed. so keep the L side to load and K to the incoming supply.
