The final piece in the upgrading of my original Classic Player Fender Stratocaster - New Frets!

I thought I'd document the upgrading of the frets on my Fender Strat. Originally a secondhand 2009 Sonic Blue Classic Player 60s stratocaster I've been slowing upgrading it over the years, upgrading the body, bridge and pickups and now finally the frets.

I took the guitar to The Guitar Workshop in Glasgow and the Luthier there, Ian , has done a fantastic job. I opted for Stainless Steel Jescar 47104 fretwire, in the end, for durability and playability issues as well as the fact that Ian didn't balk at working with SS!

As mentioned in the video I'm stoked with the work and how the guitar feels and plays now, totally chuffed and can now finally say my 60s strat project is finished :D
