Trigger warning: I talk about chocolate in this video. Don't worry, I'm not going to make it a habit of eating chocolate all the time. I think that slope is too slippery for me as a former binge eater. If you're in the same boat, I don't recommend reintroducing chocolate candy bars...it was just an experiment!!!

I've been adding foods for about 6 weeks now (at the time that this is posted) and I feel like I'm basically done with the "data gathering" portion of my experiment. I'm now feeling really knowledgeable about which foods make me feel my best without making me want to overeat and without spiking my blood sugar.

Soon I'll share more about what I'm eating on a daily basis. Spoiler...it's almost carnivore with just a few additions!
