Choice Specs Electric Tera Miraidon won Indianapolis Regionals

Rajan Bal went 15-2 to win Indianapolis Regionals, putting Miraidon on the map. Most people had Miraidon as a B-tier Restricted, but Rajan (as well as Aaron Traylor) both went deep with it on hyper offensive Tailwind teams with a double normal Farigiraf Ursaluna core that serves to counter Calyrex-Shadow by switching into Astral Barrage and hitting it hard back. Rajan went with Ogerpon-Cornerstone for a consistent Follow Me Pokemon with Sturdy that could last through Tailwind even at a disadvantage and let his Whimsicott set up a 2nd, allowing Miraidon and Bloodmoon-Ursa to clean up games. Aaron went with a Choice Scarf Ditto with Tera Ghost to copy boosted Pokemon like Terapagos or Calyrex and reverse sweep them.
