The 42-year-old had been admitted for a minor bicep operation at Fortis Hospital but reportedly suffered a cardiac arrest. Known for his powerful physique and vegetarian lifestyle, Ghuman made India proud by winning Mr. India 2009, finishing runner-up at Mr. Asia, and later representing Arnold Schwarzenegger’s brand in Asia.
