Antica casa abitabile e disposta su tre livelli ubicata in un villaggio tranquillo e soleggiato con viste eccezionalmente panoramiche sulla vallata e il lago sottostante.
La casa è composta da un'ampia cucina/sala da pranzo con antico caminetto e un balcone panoramico, cinque ampie camere da letto matrimoniali e un bagno completo con doccia. Il riscaldamento è autonomo con radiatori e caldaia alimentata a gas. La casa viene lasciata arredata.
Nota 1: le abitazioni del villaggio si raggiungono a piedi lasciando l'auto nel parcheggio pubblico.
Nota 2: sacrificando una delle camere (nelle foto quella con le sedie sul letto) si potrebbe ottenere a livello del tetto una ampia terrazza panoramica.
Nota 3: il prezzo di vendita pubblicato comprende un giardino attaccato alla casa ma che è piuttosto scosceso e di altro proprietario.
Qualora non interessasse questo giardino il prezzo di vendita scende a euro 56.000
