Ingredients:
4oz of baking chocolate
1/2 cup of water

2 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour
1teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt

2 sticks of room temp butter (1 cup)
2 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs separated
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Ingredients for icing:

1 cup evaporated milk
1 stick of butter
1 cup granulated sugar
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/3 cup coconut flakes
1 cup chopped pecans
