What I Learned From Syscoin: Modular VS Monolithic Blockchains: ZK Rollups

Today, I wanted to do something different. I wanted to make a small video educating my Crypto Fam on the differences of blockchain infrastructures, specifically highlighting the intricacies of both Modular and Monolithic Blockchains. I also wanted to discuss a relatively new concept that is often cited as the savior scaling solution for the majority of layer one blockchains that cannot scale properly, ZK Rollups. All of this information that I learned was from educating myself about a relatively old blockchain protocol that successfully amalgamates the pros of both Bitcoin And Ethereum: this project is known as Syscoin. Syscoin is a dual layer blockchain that combines the strongest features of both Bitcoin and Ethereum that supports Web3 applications with ultra low fees and layer 2 scalability that provides for scalable economies via rollups.
