This is one I hope you already know, but if you don't, I just made a microlearning tip video (less than 2 minutes) on how Format Painter works in pretty much all of the Microsoft mainline Office Products -- Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Basically, you can select content/copy with the correct format, click on "Format Painter", and then select the text that is formatted "funky" and have it immediately convert to the desired text format. Check it out -- this one tool has saved me so much time over the years!
