Freediving on Koh Tao (Gulf of Thailand) is possible not only from the boat but from the shore as well.

Here is a day off from daily Freediving training and Freediving/Snorkelling with my love Lana on one of our favorite beaches - Long Kai. And it was a nice surprise to see a beautiful sea turtle underwater!

If you are not far away, on Koh Phangan or Koh Samui, it is definitely worth visiting!
