AEW WrestleDream 2024 is just around the corner, and this year's event leaves much to be desired...

Taking place at the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, Washington, this will be AEW’s second WrestleDream event and the second pay-per-view in Washington state after last year’s memorable show in Seattle. In the main event, Bryan Danielson faces Jon Moxley for the AEW World Championship in a battle that will test both men's limits. Also, will we get an appearance from Shane McMahon?

Meanwhile, Will Ospreay, Ricochet, and Konosuke Takeshita collide in a triple-threat for the AEW International Championship, showcasing some of the best high-flyers in the business. Mariah May looks to claim gold as she challenges Willow Nightingale for the AEW Women’s World Championship, while the legendary Chris Jericho battles Mark Briscoe for the ROH World Championship. Finally, just added this week, we have a 2 out of 3 Falls match between Hologram and Beast Mortos which is sure to be a spectacle.

AEW WrestleDream 2024 Results:

Overall Show Grade: Fantastic Show! (A) Good to great matches, memorable segments, good storyline progression for all divisions, and high energy throughout. The show is good enough to wake up a dead crowd and all wrestlers involved come out looking better than how they looked going in. Definitely worth the price of admission and a show that can be seen more than once and never get old.

AEW World Championship Match:
Bryan Danielson vs. Jon Moxley

Rating: Fantastic! (A)

ROH World Championship Match:
Mark Briscoe vs. Chris Jericho

Rating: Awesome! (A-)

Darby Allin vs. Brody King

Hologram vs. Beast Mortos
Winner: Hologram
Rating: Awesome! (A-)

Swerve Strickland return segment. He announces he is medically cleared. MVP and Shelton Benjamin came out to ask him to join the Hurt Syndicate but Swerve says Prince Nana is family and he doesn’t turn his back on family. Brawl almost breaks out and both sides depart.

AEW International Championship Match:

Rating: Classic! (A+)

Daniel Garcia comes out to confront Jack Perry. MJF returns and attacks Daniel Garcia with his Dynamite Diamond Ring. THEN ADAM COLE MAKES A SHOCKING RETURN AND HIS 100% HEALTHY!

AEW TNT Championship Match:
Jack Perry vs. Katsuyori Shibata
Winner: Jack Perry retains!
Rating: Decent match, terrible finish! (C+)

AEW Women’s World Championship Match:
