Stationary Ball Over Vertical Optokinetic Stripes

Описание к видео Stationary Ball Over Vertical Optokinetic Stripes

This video is meant to help with gaze stabilization. Keep your eyes focused on the black dot and do not let the background moving optokinetic stripes force your eyes off the dot.

While keeping your head still and straight ahead, focus on the black dot for 20 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds. Repeat 2 more times.

Next, repeat the same exercises, but have your head turned still slightly around 20 degrees to the right and have eyes track the ball. Then try with head turned still to left, up, and down.

Finally, do the same exercises, but move your head side to side about 20 degrees (right to left) as quickly as possible while keeping your eyes focused on the ball. Do the same thing, but nod the head up and down.

Do 3 sets, three times a week.
