This oxygen OS 12.1 Android 12 stable update for OnePlus Nord 2 it may have tag of open beta 2 but finally it's confirmed by OnePlus andnxda developers that it is stable update.

No downgrade possible till now I am trying to fingureout the solution so wait for new roll back video!
For now you can't root the open beta, cants roll back to stable!
Downgrade package will be available with next official update soon

1)If you are rooted and unlocked bootloader on stock oxygen OS then don't flash this
update it will brick your device
2)This is only for Indian regions
3)this process will wipe data so keep back up
