I challenge you to discover what the energy of living is for you.

I've discovered that the energy of living for me is WAY more intense than I ever would have guessed. Running full speed on horseback down the beach, skydiving over the ocean, kayaking down canals, traveling the world... wow, I didn't realize that for me to feel fully alive adventure is a key ingredient.
I now intentionally and regularly create these adventures in my life, they don't just "happen to me" (usually) I CHOOSE them. And wow, I love my life and look forward to what is next like never before!

I wonder, what is the energy of living fully alive for you? It can be as simple as waking in nature, taking time to read a book, taking a new route home from work, trying a different type of coffee!

I invite you to find out what living is for you and create it in your daily life and I would love to hear what changes for you and if your happiness quota raises?!
