http://emizner.com Welcome back to Part 2 of How to make 2014 your best year in Network Marketing Starting Today! Yesterday we talked about setting goals. The importance of them and I gave you a few recommend goals for your business. I also said to add a completion date for each written goal. So today we are going to talk about your Game Plan.

Writing goals is great but without a game plan it's hard to achieve the end result. A good game plan provides Strategy and Processes from results. Here are 3 major points to thing about when creating this.



Use a Calendar
Use your calendar to:
• Write my Goals in
• Set my Strategy's to accomplish each goal
• Set Mile Stones
• Events.
• And for prospecting, follow up calls, Conference Calls, etc.
You should break your game plan in to weekly, Monthly, and Yearly. My whole year is literally planned out.

Associations
The next phase of your game plan should be to take a real hard look at your associations. Who do you hang out with? Who do you listen to? If you find that out that you are hanging out with a bunch of bunch of people who are pulling you down, telling you it won't work, or distracting you; it makes it very tough to accomplish you goals! Instead focus more on people who are;
• Positive People
• Like Minded (other Network Marketers, owner, Entrepreneurs)
• People who will Empower you to succeed

Here is another point. Just because you do not know a person does not mean you can't be associated with them. Some of my associations are Jim Rohn, Eric Worre, Ray Higdon, Todd Falcaone, Tony Robins and Robert Kiyosaki. There in my car every day feeding my mind and pushing me to succeed. Get their audio books and cd's and never turn the radio on. Never turn the news on ever!

Culture
Culture is the last part of the game plan. It is so important as a leader that you have good culture in you organization. These are made to be the RULE not the EXPECTION! Some example of a Network Marking Culture could be:
• All new team members must do a certain training before anything else.
• Must be on weekly team calls
• We all go to the big company events
• When we go to meetings we all must look sharp
• The first thing we do is this or that
The whole team does this so should you. You could have a new personal development book of the month culture. Be creative. Make cultures fun and productive. I personally treat my team like family. We like to be together, have fun, brain storm. Culture is very important.

So! Step 1. Written Goals. Step 2. Game Plan
Tomorrow we will talk about the final piece you will need to have a great 2014 and this will be habits. I've talked about habits before but we will dig into this much deeper.
