In this video Vadim Kolganov Master of sports in Sambo and Judo and experienced Strength and Conditioning coach demonstrates full body kettlebell workout for functional strength for both men and women that can be done in the gym or at home. In this routine there two parts. First part is for strength endurance that has two exercises in it. 1. Snatch and 2. Goblet Squat. The second part of this routine is more for strength that has 6 exercises.
1. Overhead pull
2. Bicep curl
3. Shoulder press
4. Good morning
5. Hack squat
6. Turkish get up.
At the end of the video there is bonus material. Vadim showing interesting and unusual , but never the less effective exercise with kettlebell for martial artists or anybody who is interested in learning great kettlebell exercises.
