Under the INVEST mechanism implemented by DAI, USAID Tunisia is providing donor-funded transaction advisory services to support access to finance for the growth of Tunisian companies or implementation of projects in the country. The program is being implemented by CrossBoundary and will facilitate support to high potential Tunisian transactions across various parts of the fundraising process, including but not limited to investor material preparation (pitch deck, financial models, etc.), investor outreach, due diligence support (valuation, market sizing, competitive landscape analysis), as well as deal structuring, to drive towards financial close. As part of this program, CrossBoundary facilitated a panel discussion with subject matter experts to present the Tunisian investment opportunity and address key questions on investing in Tunisia.
