Priya, as usual, was scrolling through her phone when she came across a video titled "This Will Change Your Life: The 75 Hard Challenge." Curious, she decided to watch it. She learned that there were five things she would need to do: drink 4 liters of water, work out twice a day (indoor and outdoor), read a book, follow a diet, and take a daily progress photo. Priya wasn’t pleased with her life, but she knew she had the potential to achieve a lot more. So, she decided to take on the challenge.

The 75 Hard Challenge was created in 2019 by entrepreneur Andy Frisella, a podcaster and CEO of the supplement company 1st Phorm. According to the program’s website, 75 Hard is not a fitness challenge, but a “transformative mental toughness program.”
