As the bus approached my destination, I pressed the blue buzzer, and the alert rang clearly. The driver ignored it, ignored the visual alert on the dashboard, didn't deploy the ramp, didn't let me alight, and pulled off with me still onboard.

I had to call to the driver "I pressed the blue buzzer!!" Only then did the driver stop and deploy the ramp as requested.

The driver made no apology for ignoring my request.

This driver's behaviour was unlawful, negligent, unprofessional and disrespectful, and it caused me stress, annoyance and anxiety.
