The National Police Chiefs’ Council and the College of Policing have published a Police Race Action Plan for England and Wales. It says policing still contains “racism, discrimination and bias” but it does not include an acknowledgment that the service is "institutionally racist” - to the huge disappointment of Abimbola Johnson, who chairs an independent panel overseeing the Plan:
