Once you complete "Tomb Raidering," Excavator Karla in southern Broken Shore will offer the quest "Ship Graveyard." This quest requires you to go underwater in the Forlorn Depths of southeastern Broken Shore. The Sunken Treasure Chest for this quest can be found under a large pyramidal rock structure found in the center of the questing region (pretty much exactly where the quest marker is located). As you approach the treasure chest, you will again see Treasure Master Iks'reeged, who will throw you a rude gesture. The Sunken Treasure Chest will contain a Well-Adorned Cloth. Return to Excavator Karla will your findings, who will find that you just found a Soggy Tapestry, which will grant some Artifact Power.
