How to Shoot In Portrait Mode On GoPro | How to Change Screen Orientation

Newer GoPro models, from HERO7, offer portrait mode. Tilt the camera vertically to record in portrait mode. If you notice the camera shifts from portrait to landscape, it means the footage will also shift or rotate.

If you don't want GoPro to shift, lock the orientation in the menu to maintain portrait mode.
