Passover is coming and we are not allowed to baked with anything levened. I was thinking back to the good old American chicken nuggets and came up with this recipe.

These chicken nuggets are gluten free and Kosher for Passover making them a recipe worth coming back to. The best assurance, was giving this to my sister who has Down Syndrome. She pre-tasted my Kosher for Passover chicken nuggets and approved them for all of you.

NOTE: For your convenience, I tried to find the ingredients on Amazon and link them for you. As you can see, Amazon does not have a large Kosher for Passover section. I included everything I could find to make your shopping experience a little easier:
