Who doesn't know congress kadlekai ?especially who are addicted to roadside bhelpuri like me :) Here is the easy recipe to the one and only snack spicy peanuts or I should just call congress

ingredients :
peanuts 2 cups
oil 2 to 3 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4
curry leaves 20 to 30
red chilli 1/2 tsp
pepper powder 1/2 tsp
hing 1/4 tsp
salt as per taste

you can adjust spice taste as per your taste
