[V2] DK64 custom music: Earthworm Jim - Level 5

version 2: some remixing and an attempt at improving the hits

this midi was done from scratch, based on music from the game "Earthworm Jim" for the Mega Drive
(notes' velocity not shown)

this is part of my "earthworm jim pack", song 3 of 5. there were some weird interactions between certain instruments, so i had to make a few decisions in terms of how to organize the combos :/
