This is a very healthy protein dish with super vegetable Brussels Sprout vegetables . And natural Cornish hen .
------- Very simple few ingredients.
1 ---- Cornish hen - ( More people then more
Cornish hen. )
2 -- Brussels Sprout vegetables.
3 -- Onion 🌰 , salt 🧂 pepper & olive 🫒 oil .

( Thaw Cornish hen - wash & cut .
Then, on the pan, two table spoon Olive oil .
Add chop onion & saute, then put Cornish hen into it . Just a little brown .
---- Add half 1 cup of water and salt for taste . Let it boil 5 minutes, then add Brussels Sprout vegetables. When water will be evaporated . It's done .
----- Enjoy your natural Cornish hen with steam rice or Pita bread .
