Hours upon hours. I went up and down creating a new Vice City, a new Rhea. Things changed.
You can almost tell I didn't exactly know what to do with the story.
Same deal, though. All of it should be sacrificed if it doesn't quite make the cut. And if there's one thing I intend on getting right, it's the blasted story.

Sure, this is part of the lore. Why not. Who's to say.
