Most of the people will ask you to pay extra but if your lucky you might get it for the original price. Dont wast your time by going in the world wind retailers like game stop. Your last option would be to check if you have any relatives or friends working in the industry or anything related to that. If they know what their doing they could get you the game really early. Especially from factories you could get your hand on the game a week before the launch.
