One of my hobbies is getting better at cooking and baking...if you watch me on IG you'll know I am currently trying to get a focaccia right...I'm on attempt 3.

Over the years I have mastered some recipes and made them much easier so I am motivated to make them regularly. My brownies is one of those Easy Recipes. I hope you enjoy this one as much as we do! Please let me know if you try it!

INGREDIENTS:

175g dark chocolate
175g butter
112g plain flour
250g caster sugar
3 eggs
2 tsps vanilla extract

1. Melt your butter and chocolate on a low low heat and leave to cool
2. Add in your sugar and combine
3. Add in your eggs and combine
4. Add in your flour and vanilla and combine
5. Bake for around 30mins on 190 degrees (until a nice crack forms)
