Jwariche noodles is a traditional recipe. It is healthy too as we are using jwari and lot many veggies. It is as good as having bhakari and bhaji wih a little twist. Your kids will love this recipe. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Jawar flour
• Salt to taste
• Hot Water
• 2 tsp Oil
• Cumin seeds
• Curry leaves
• Hing
• Finely chopped Garlic
• Finely chopped Onion
• Chopped Beans
• Fresh peas
• Finely chopped Tomato
• Finely chopped Capsicum
• Finely chopped Carrot
• Garam masala
• Coriander powder
• Turmeric powder
• Red chili powder
• Salt to taste
• Water
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Method:
• Take jawar flour in a bowl and add salt. Mix well.
• Add hot water and mix well.
• When the mixture cools down a little, knead a little stiff dough like bhakati dough.
• You can add turmeric powder, ajwain in the dough if you want.
• Roll the dough into a roll and transfer it into chakali mould.
• Fit medium thick shev dish in the mould.
• Grease a dish well with oil.
• Roll kurdai like noodles into the plate.
• Heat up water at the base of the steamer.
• Transfer the dish into upper pot and steam on medium heat for about 10-12 minutes.
• Take the dish out.
• Heat up oil in a pan.
• Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
• Add curry leaves, hing, garlic and fry for about 2 minutes.
• Add onion, beans, fresh peas and fry everything for about 5-6 minutes.
• After frying for about 3-4 minutes add tomato, capsicum, carrot and fry everything for about 3-
4 minutes.
• When veggies are fried well add garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili
powder and mix well.
• Add salt and fry for another 2 minutes.
• Add water and mix well.
• Break the steamed noodles and add.
• You can add noodles as it is.
• Mix well, cover and steam for about 4-5 minutes.
• Add coriander leaves and mix well.
• Jwariche noodles are all ready.
• You can have these as it is or serve with a slice of lemon.
• You can add sauces like soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce in place of spices if you want
for variation.
• You can have this at any time of the day.
• This recipe is good for diabetic people or people on diet.
