Joseph Oparamanuike ‪@josephsings‬ is an Opera Singer who holds a Masters degree in Music (Opera) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Singing from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (RCS), where he studied with Scott Johnson.

He holds a Licentiate from the Royal Schools of Music in Singing and has a Diploma in Vocal Teaching from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (DipABRSM).

He was the first Opera Head of the Musical Society of Nigeria (MUSON) Opera Department and Singing/Opera Teacher at the MTNF/MUSON Diploma School of Music.

He has featured in several concerts and operas with his biggest highlight being his performances at the 2014 Commonwealth Week, which was a part of the 2014 Commonwealth Games, with Her Majesty, Late Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles in attendance.

A pioneer of operatic singing in Nigeria, Joseph founded and runs the Comic Opera House (COH) and was, until recently, the Music Director of the Archdiocesan Choir of the Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos.
