Episode 1 covered day 1, I made banana baked oatmeal, grilled cheese with tomato soup, and chicken with roasted vegetable and Brussel sprouts

Episode 2 covered days 2 through 5, in this episode I used the leftover vegetables from dinner to make a pureed vegetable soup, I also shared a potato and egg breakfast skillet which quickly became a favorite throughout the series, and I made country fried steak

Episode 3 was finishing off the last couple of days of the first week, in this episode we made burrito bowls, homemade flour tortillas, and cabbage rolls

Episode 4 covered the entire 2nd week, in this episode I made a baked chicken alfredo pasta, I finished off a lot of leftovers, I prepped a batch of breakfast burritos as well as some Starbucks inspired PB&J Boxes, and i cooked up the pork loin which I used to make BBQ Sandwiches

Episode 5 was days 15 through 18, in this episode I made pasta salad, chicken sandwiches, and a vegetable soup from scraps I had been saving and freezing

Episode 6 was days 20 through 25. I made a breakfast casserole, pork chops with baked potatoes and green beans, and I started to revisit some earlier meals that I had prepped and frozen.

And that brings us to today’s episode, finishing out the series. I also have made a playlist for all of the episodes in this series.
