A young couple take in the delights of Adelaide in South Australia in 1973. Includes footage of the Festival Theatre, East End Markets, the Globe Derby trots and Lidums Art Gallery. The focus is particularly on food and wine and the film shows such establishments as the Old Lion Hotel, Lord Kitchener's Indian Kitchen, Ayers House, The Colonial, Hardy's Tintara Winery and the Inn and Old Mill at Hahndorf.

Produced by the South Australian Film Corporation, Adelaide, 1973. The Don Burrows Quartet features at the start of the film but most of the music is from the KPM library, composed by Jean Bouchéty.
