Easy Mixed Media Art: Simple Warm Up

In this video, I discuss my difficulty in actually getting started making art, something I love doing. To overcome my resistance I start with a simple "warm-up". I demonstrate one version of this by using only 3 supplies--old book paper, black paint, and a paintbrush. It doesn't get any easier than that. No more excuses!
