Yesterday, I stopped in the small northern community of Gillam, Manitoba, which is renowned for its large hydro dams that power a large part of Manitoba. During my visit, I hosted a Bhangra workshop and gave a talk on promoting positivity and joy. The attendees joyfully danced together, celebrating a positive way of life with movements, while one little human added an extra dose of positivity with her love (or perhaps curiosity) for my camera. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience. Experience the joy that was created within this very small community.
