Here we have London Buses in Ilford, I know guys my groan and moan oh not Ilford yet again, well, its local and I did'nt film at these spots before.


And bearing in mind we are not exactly meant to using transport to go to places any how.


I like Ilford, always plenty of buses about and because Ilford is so big, there is many different spots to film at.


Nice to see and old PVL type bus, PVL143 being used as a driver learner bus, London does not have any Plaxton Presidents left in passenger service.


I also own a bike and there is no limit/millage on how far excerise is, thanks to Boris, the Met police Commissioner had to defend Boris as he was seen and been going to Stratford to cyle, so she had to come out on the media to state that there is no millage limit on excerise.
