Polka Dot Downtown is a series of over 100 colorful dots and 24 properties in the core business and retail district of Downtown Portland this holiday season. These customized, socially distanced dots not only ‘decorate’ our beloved Downtown, but also ‘set the stage’ for performances by a diverse range of Portland artists, musicians, singers and dancers – while also welcoming the un-choreographed, open space behaviors of Portland’s citizens and visitors.
