Hanuman informs Parvati about the stale food that had to be served to the Rishis. Parvati asks them to offer food to Shiv and if he accepts, they can serve the food to the Rishis. Anjana asks her if one plate of food would be enough for all. Parvati asks Hanuman to start serving the food.
