This presentation provides an introduction to creating a business architecture model within EA using the ArchiMate business layer concepts and notation. An Organisation view is used to communicate the organisation structure and key responsibilities of each business unit or department within the organisation. Then a Business Process Cooperation view explores the internal behaviour of the organisation to facilitate services and products offered to external customers, partners, and suppliers.
