The olympic cooking brings to you the recipe of Persian Lubia Polow which you can make with mince meat of either lamb or beef. It is prepared by placing layers of rice, green beans mixed with mince meat full of flavours. It is a combination of vegetables and meat giving you an adequate amount of protein fibres and carbohydrates.

Ingredients:
4 cups long grain basmati rice ,برنج باسماتی دانه بلند
1 large Onion ,پیاز
3-4 tablespoons oil , روغن
1 Kg Lamb or Beef mince, گوشت گوسفندیا گوشت گاو
1 teaspoon turmeric powder , پودر زردچوبه
1 medium cinnamon stick , دارچین
1/2 teaspoon black pepper , فلفل سیاه
3 tablespoons tomato paste , رب گوجه فرنگی
4 tablespoons Water , آب
1 Kg Green beans , لوبیا سبز
3 tablespoons oil , روغن
1 teaspoon cumin powder , پودر زیره
1/2 teaspoon Chilli flakes , فلفل قرمز
2 cups water , آب
1 tablespoon salt , نمک
5 litres boiling water, آب جوش
2 tablespoons salt, نمک
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder, پودر دارچین
2-3 tablespoons saffron, زعفران
