Anterior pelvic tilt is a change in posture that happens when the front of the pelvis rotates forward and the back of the pelvis rises. Lordosis is the excessive inward curvature of the spine in the lower back. Both of these conditions are common, can sabotage posture, and cause a lot of lower back and hip pain. Luckily, we can work to help combat these issues with functional and mobility type movements. Use these 10 correction exercises to help fix both anterior pelvic tilt and lordosis which at the same time will help improve your posture plus alleviate lower back and hip pain.
