Took some downtime I had and got my grain smoker upgrade completed. This is a very easy project that you can put as much or as little detail in to as you may want. There are many way to build one of these, however I tend to like the rack type aspect of mine for ease of use. I hope you enjoy and above all have fun with yours.

Key is to get a cheap smoker. Most big box stores sell smokers for cheap. Alternative would be a metal trash can that you can place a hinge on the door and some holes in end for ventilation. You get the idea.
