Описание к видео "Karma Yoga: Letting Go of 'I, Me, Mine'" - A Talk By Swami Satchidananda

Karma Yoga, or selfless service, is one of the classical branches of Yoga. Yoga Master Swami Satchidananda answers a question about how to attain the goal of Yoga. He answers with five words that he then expounds upon: "Sacrifice your limited, finite self." The path of Karma Yoga is the path of self-sacrifice in which we dedicate our actions and follow the ideals of selfless living. Sri Gurudev speaks at length about letting go of selfishness, of "I, me, mine" and by doing so, one gains enlightenment.
