This is the Viridian Forest Glitch in Yellow version where you can catch some Pokemon earlier before Brock. This glitch is pretty much similar to the Mew Glitch but in a more earlier way and hardly noticeable. It does take some time to get the Pokemon you want using this glitch, depending on what you do. Nidoking is in fact the most common Pokemon I come across when doing this glitch.

Other Pokemon I have found through this glitch include Slowbro, Voltorb, Exeggutor, Lickitung, Nidoqueen and Ivysaur (rarely, but found it in the next video).
